UNIX-g33ks III starts today.

February 13, 2011 by · 1 Comment

A slight amendment to the previous schedule, today’s session will be introductory in nature as we are finalizing the participant numbers, collecting registration fees  and the materials for distribution. The calender will be updated to reflect this change and it will be a full 9 sessions, including the session today.

We will be distributing the VM image and helping participants to setup the machine to allow us to progress quickly into the series. Members of the public who are still interested to attend are invited to do so. This session is FREE for HackerspaceKL members and the public alike. A registration form for walk in participants will be made available soon.

See you guys later at HackerspaceKL.

The registration for UNIX-g33ks III has been extended to the 11th of February due to the underwhelming response.

To allow us to run the workshop for 8 sessions, the organizers would need a minimum of 5 paying attendees to make it happen. But looking at the list of attendees, less than half of the 25 available seats are taken up.

With this in mind we have included new payment packages for this series.
